When we created our house martini for Close Company, we knew it had better be the ultimate platonic ideal. Meet the SUPER MARTINI! It’s a little briny (thanks to the namesake Super Brine, a salty, savory house speciality), balanced with vermouths, and always, ALWAYS served ice cold, straight from the freezer. Plus, at the bars, you can get it mini!Â
